What does a class involve?
Combination of dynamic movements, core strength training, and metabolic conditioning.

Progressing into a series of exercises that flow together in an uninterrupted sequence.
The flow incorporates functional movements that mimic everyday activities and involves elements of cardio and muscular endurance.
Finished off with a cooldown specifically designed to help the body transition and recover from the workout.
